Where do you see yourself five years from now?

Five year down the line i would like to see my self as an important part of organization. and there would be a great value addition in organization by me. lastly i will be something who will have ability to take any fruitful decision.

After five year I would be an efficient employee who will be more determinent and competent in skills. By that time I would have been proved to be an asset for the organization for my professional skills Five years I see myself in a healthy and positve motorvational position that's in touch with my team and customer needs. Continuously bringing quality ideas and fresh incentives to the table. I see competative computer skills (paperless). I expect to be a highly respectable, thriving, and productive leader. A valuable asset to my entire company. Also a worthy advisory to our opponents.   I want to see myself secure at four important levels >professionally-by becoming an asset to my employers; >economically-by making at least a few wise investments; >personally-by being there when my I'm needed; >academically-by completing the degree in management, which I always wanted. We freshers are just entering the corporate world which is like a vast sea, we need divers to make us learn diving. And after few years I want to be at their place and help others learn about this corporate world. years down the line i see myself as a perectly groomed person at a respectable position where i am recognised and appreciated for achievements in my work. I would like to be in a highly responsible position with some knowledge gained during the work experience. Also I aspire to become an inspiring professional where my team and our company are happy to have me as a valuable asset where everyone in the company would recognized me for my achievements in work and where my company would not loose me in any case. After five years I would like to see myself as a responsible place in organisation where I have to judge the the decision of another. In nut shell we can say that I would became a top level manager.   5 years from now I wish to fine tune myself in the field am assosiated with. I aspire to become an inspiring professional where my team and our company are happy to have me as a valuable asset of this esteemed organization. I hope to hold a responsible position where my decisions pave way for the growth of the organization as well as our employees.
